How do I make a reservation?

Choose “Reserve Table” for <20 pax for immediate reservation. For >20 pax, choose “Book Private Event” and we will get back to you within 48hrs.


What's the café's operating hours?

Tuesday to Sunday, 11am – 9pm.

Mondays, CLOSED.


(psssttt… we are opening for Breakfast hours soon due to popular demand!)


Is the café halal?

We are halal certified both for our premise and food.


No alcohol

No pork/lard


Can I bring my own cake to celebrate?

We are a strictly no outside food/drinks to avoid any contamination violating our halal premise.


However, cake for celebrations is an exception only if it is halal and non-alcohol. Please send us a remark with photo and supplier of the cake for approval before bringing a cake without permission.


Where do I park?

There’s plenty of parking in the basement, with lift and escalator just steps away from our café.

Drop-offs / pickups right at our entrance is also allowed.


Can I book the café for a private event?

Yes. Go to https://appointment.bucolic.com.my/cafe and “Book a private event”.


Fill out the details and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

What are my event venue requirements?

1. Approximately 200 square feet (sqft.) of covered space with power sockets for 5 units of 6ft banquet tables (additional space required for add ons food, live cooking stations or pop ups.


2. Covered food preparation area with light & water source (for storage, final touchup & platings)

Approximate 2 hours for pre-event setup time.


Are there any additional cost for different venue?

Event at higher floor level without lift accessibility

– Additional charges from RM 200.


Additional charges will be charged by event requirement such as extended serving hours/extra manpower/decorations etc., kindly communicate with us for advise.


What are the additional charges other than what's included in per pax?

Transport charge:

Setia Alam: RM200

Klang, Shah Alam, Subang, PJ: RM300

KL and other Klang Valley areas: starts from RM500

Outstation locations: starts from RM1,000


For events above ground floor without lift accessibility: starts from RM200 per floor


All prices stated are subjected to the following:

What if my event requires more servers?

Additional servers can be arranged at request if needed, with additional server fee.


Here’s the number of servers already included:

Full Course, 1 server every 10 guests

Canapes (Passing around), 1 server every 10-20 guests

Canapes (Station), 1 server every 30 guests

Celebrations Buffet, 1 server every 30 guests

Corporation Buffet, 1 server every 35 guests


What does the catering package include other than food and drinks??

Buffet setup with utensils, dinnerware, decors and manpower.


Decoration: Personalised floral arrangement on any of our food stations according to your event’s theme.


Tableware: White porcelainware, silverware, high ball glasses and serviettes.

Service Hours: Three (3) hours of serving time (additional charges apply for any extension of serving hours)


Manpower: Co-ordinator and servers on duty throughout the event time


For “Celebrations” buffet/full course, following are included too:

Cake & Champagne Serving: Complimentary 3-tier champagne tower and cake corkage.


VIP Guests: Individual plated food served to VIP table with exquisite gold cutlery and placemat setup (up to 10 pax)


Are there food tasting session before event?

Yes, food tasting session can be arranged upon confirmation with deposit.


Additional charges may be incurred based on the total order quantity.


Are there vegetarian / vegan options? Do you accommodate dietary requirements?

Some of our food may contain or have traces of nut or other allergens.


Please let us know if your guests have any allergies or dietary requirements. We have vegan/vegetarian options available upon request.


Separate bentos for strict diet (not from menu) can be arranged from RM25/pax


Is there a minimum order for catering service?

A minimum order of RM4,000 for an event within Klang Valley /KL.


A minimum order of RM10,000 is required for event at outstation locations.


All prices stated are subjected to the following:

When do I need to confirm the menu?

Ten(10) days prior to the event date with final guest numbers and menu selection.


How many pax should I order?

Order as per number of guests of your event as food portion, tableware, glassware, cutleries and servers are prepared in accordance to number of guests.


Are there additional food in case I have additional guests turning up to my event?

No. Food portions are prepared based on the number of pax ordered. Please inform us should there be any add-ons prior to the event.


Add-on requests made less than ten(10) days prior will be subject to availability.


I'm bringing my own food/beverage. Can you help to serve?

Yes. We are happy to assist if you require additional manpower and equipment, with an additional handling charge.


Do inform us the items and quantity.


How do I reserve my event date and time?

70% deposit of the quotation to secure your event date and time.


Deposit is required within 72 hours upon quotation date.


We reserve the right to release the event slot if payment terms are not met, without prior notification.


When is payment needed to confirm event?

Balance payment of final invoice must be made Seven(7) working days prior to event date with confirmation of event details.


What's the difference between canapés and buffet package?

Canapés are bite-size and a more varied selection of food.


Our canapé package has the options:

1. Butlers moving around the event space with canapés on trays. Recommended for events meant for mingling to avoid queuing / food crowding so guests can focus on interacting with each other. Great for limited event space too.


2. Station serving where the canapés are displayed as an event centrepiece and guests help themselves from the spread. A more casual experience, typically served earlier than the buffet to keep guests appetite.

Can you provide flowers or some decorating support?

Our food lineup setup includes floral arrangement! If you require additional decoration around the event space, we would be happy to support you in your event. Do discuss with us for event additional services.
